I have more than three decades of experience as a business journalist and 18 specifically writing about HR and work. I'm co-founder and editorial director of The People Space, the host of Work's Not Working... Let's Fix It! podcast, former editor and publishing director of HR magazine and founder of the HR Most Influential annual ranking. I've also authored and edited business books and reports, including The CIPD’s Responsible Investment in Technology Guide (May 2022) and executive editor of How to Become a World Class Manager by Wayne Clarke (March 2023).
